Minted Watermelon Lime Sorbet

This timeless recipe is a minty twist on the classic sorbet flavors of strawberry and mango. Pure in flavor, blissful in color, this sorbet will remind you of lazy days of summer, even with winter closing in before too long! The addition of corn syrup adds creaminess to the sorbet without adding dairy, and if your tastebuds have yet to experience the beautiful synergy of watermelon and mint, then prepare for delight.

For this recipe, any orange liquor will work, but triple sec is less distinctive than Cointreau or Grand Marnier liqueur. If you don’t feel like freezing the sorbet, add some vodka and you will have a delicious watermelon Cosmopolitan!
