Bircher Museli
Bircher Muesli is a typical breakfast in Switzerland, the original overnight oats! It was invented by Dr Maximilian Bircher-Benner in Switzerland around 1900. Our bircher museli features chopped apples and applesauce, with some of our homemade raisins recipe from a few weeks ago. A hint of maple syrup and a few chopped almonds round out our flavors. I like to stir in a spoonful of @thecoconutcult probiotic coconut yogurt for extra nutrition.
Make the bircher museli – Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Chill for one hour (or overnight) and enjoy.
